Borodin: Symphony No. 2
Rimsky-Korsakov: Capriccio Espagnole, March from "Tsar Saltan"

London Symphony Orchestra
Jean Martinon (conductor)

One of the best U.K. Living Stereos with very good dynamics. A Kingsway Hall recording. Coupled with Rimsky-Korsakov's Capriccio Espagnole. This record is notable for its fine, lively performances. Midband transparency, detail, dynamics and texture are very good, especially in the first two movements of the Borodin.

We could use a fresh recording of Borodin’s Symphony #2. This may have to do in the meantime.

Exactly how I read it but high price and sourcing difficulties (in UK) may leave it lingering on a few Wish Lists.
