Contrary to what was written on the box , the Blu Ray box, the audio is not in LPCM 2.0 (24/96?) but in DTS-HD MA......

Interesting. Do you have any other of these DG CD+Blu-ray boxsets Jacek? Just wondered if they too were DTS instead of PCM.

I believe all the DG re-issues are remastered at 24/192. (Some in 5.1 or even 4.0 but most as stereo) What is not clear is what rate is on the actual disc. They often quote 'LPCM 24 bit' which doesn't answer the question. I know that some have both LPCM and DTS-MA because some older players could not decode DTS-MA. Once decoded the DTS-MA track is once again LPCM and is bit for bit identical to the LPCM track. If the box set contains a lot of recordings it may be that the LPCM track is omitted as it takes up much less space than the DTS-MA. Your player probably shows the bit rate being played.

After pressing the audio button on the remote control of my Pioneer UDP - LX500 player, the screen shows: 1/1 German DTS-HD MA Stereo.Box of Beethoven sonatas played by Kempff, blu ray Audio disc is also in DTS-HD MA which can be seen after enlarging the box photo ..... : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Complete-Beethoven-Sonatas-Wilhelm-Kempff/dp/B07T3NQB4S/ref=pd_sim_15_3/257-8805477-0478920?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07T3NQB4S&pd_rd_r=58bc48c0-aa50-4eb7-8c2d-2cd05f88fdc5&pd_rd_w=UiRpW&pd_rd_wg=V2X4m&pf_rd_p=e323aefa-0fb8-4e75-9bef-479c25fd70eb&pf_rd_r=WBAD6T16ZP13KYFCFEYY&psc=1&refRID=WBAD6T16ZP13KYFCFEYY

Thanks for the confirmation Jacek. Will need to check how my Blu-ray player will handle such a soundtrack as it’s currently connected to a DAC that is not DTS compatible. Hopefully I can get it to output as PCM as I was interested in picking up this set.
