The 2019 SACD issues of Some Other Time and Another Time are from Tower Japan:

Description from the Tower Japan web page, via Google Translate. Note that 1 = Some Other Time, 2 = Another Time: The Hilversum Concert.

"Main features of this release
-Tower record original plan board. Complete production limited edition. The world's first SA-CD HYBRID
・ Mastering from the original master owned by the label for this release
・ The series general supervision including mastering supervision is Mr. Hirotoshi Wada. Achieve high sound quality

* Use sound source and mastering:
・ New mastering in Japan for the release from the label-owned first generation original master
・ 1 uses 192kHz / 24bit, 2 uses 96kHz / 24bit base master
・ The CD layer is also new mastering this time
・ Mastering engineer: Mr. Hiroyuki Tsuji (mastering at King Records Sekiguchidai Studio in May 2019)"

I own both releases in 192/24 AIFF, from 2xHD, who might have upsampled the 96/24 files of Another Time.

According to the liner notes of Some Other Time by producer Zev Feldman:

"In November 2015, we received digital transfers in high resolution, of the original analog tapes. These transfers provided us with extremely faithful, high-resolution copies to work from."

Feldman doesn't cite the resolution of the files that were provided to Resonance by MPS in Germany. Likely, the same sets of files were used by Tower Japan.

Both albums were well engineered, though Jack DeJohnette was mixed too low on Some Other Tme.
