Mannered and labored - she drags out the famous 3rd Consolation for five and a half minutes.
Weird arpeggios in the Ballade I've heard in no other performance - Hermanski must have small hands.
I buy almost every MDG SACD - I wish I'd passed on this one.

Stephen, I will pass and thank you for the timely warning.
This is one of my favourite piano pieces and the emotional context for me is austere, reflective, sombre certainly not frivolous
