This was previously issued on SACD by EMI. I'm not sure about spending all that money on a new issue...

I think this is another remaster. I did byy the Tower Records Klemperer Dvorak 9, and it states 2021 as remastering date, so definitely not the same as the EMI SACD release.
I cannot compare sound of both SACD's, but Tower records sounds clearly different from Klemperer Legacy RBCD. Less prominent, but better defined and more beautiful bass, highs somewhat brighter.

Tower commission new mastering on all of their SACD reissues - the details can always be found on the product listing on their website using either Google translate or a browser which will translate pages into English automatically.
