The Steeplechase SACDs were remastered for Tower Records Japan, and are available on Tower's website and from eBay sellers based in Japan. From the Tower Records Japan web page:

2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Nordic jazz label SteepleChase."SteepleChase SA-CD HYBRID SELECTION", where Tower Records SA-CD hybrids carefully selected popular works from the catalog.

I ordered this one from an Ebay seller last week, and it arrived this morning. I played it this afternoon.

If you don't mind the money this one is worth getting, if you don't mind the money.

Steeplechase is one of my favorite jazz labels and it would be nice if there would be more sacd issues of the releases.
As for this one, it is to the same high standards as the other Tower reissues, which I have found to be excellent.

And given that CDJapan lists the Tower Reissue classical releases thru their Proxy service, hopefully these Steeplechase discs will follow.
Buying thru Ebay is an easy one step process, but costly. Buying thru the Tower Jp site is a 2 step process, like Buyee.
